Some Thoughts, Some Quotes

Today, I had my 30-day review for my new job that I began in October. I was asked to reflect on the position and my progress. I think I have made some pretty good headway here, and I am excited for the next 60 days!

While reflecting, I also thought about where I want to be in the next 60 days. I want to continue growing as a person and in my career, and I hope to have made some significant physical progress as well.

So here I sit, writing a blog post from my desk at work, and I have decided to leave you all with some of my favorite quotes to contemplate while reflecting.

“Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection we can catch excellence.” —Vince Lombardi

“Remember, no one can make you feel inferior without your consent.” —Eleanor Roosevelt

“Too many of us are not living our dreams because we are living our fears.” —Les Brown

“Strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value.” —Albert Einstein

“It’s much better to do good in a way that no one knows anything about it.”—Anna Karenina, Leo Tolstoy

I hope you all have a good holiday!
